General


  • What are your business hours?

    We are a virtual shop, and the store will be open only during sale events.  We will offer flash sales, so follow us on Instagram or Facebook for a heads up!  We will also announce our upcoming sales via our Newsletter and Social Media posts, and most of them will drop on Mondays, called Magic Mondays! 

  • How can I follow you on social media?

    Check out our About Us Page for links to social media, or go to instagram.com/magicallymarrero or facebook.com/magicallymarrero.

  • My questions isn't listed, how can I contact you?

    Send us a message on social media or email us at info@magicallymarrero.com.  All correspondence will usually receive a response within 24-48 hours.


Payment


  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept most major credit cards and Paypal.

  • What is your return policy?

    We do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. 


Product Care


  • I purchased a front door sign. Is it safe to be outside?

    Any product that is designated as a door sign or labeled for outdoor use is safe to be outside.  Stained or unfinished areas on each product are sealed with an exterior sealant.  Any paint used in production is an exterior paint designed to withstand typical exterior conditions. 

  • Can I use cleaner on these products?

    Each product is shipped with individual product care instructions.  Generally, most of our products can be wiped clean with a soft rag that's been dampened with warm water and mild detergent.  Avoid harsh scrubbing and do not spray the product directly with any household cleaner.  Mild cleaners can be used to remove surface dirt when applied directly to a cloth. 

  • What's the best way to store my merchandise?

    Most products can be placed back into the box they came in and stored until it's time to unleash the magic again.  We recommend you store them in a dry environment, off the floor, and out of the reach of children.


Shipping


  • What's the best shipping option?

    We ship most items with USPS.  Some larger items can be shipped with UPS.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Most orders will have turnaround times within 3-6 weeks.  Note that we do not offer rush shipping at this time, but may in the future, so check back! 

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

  • Are you able to ship internationally?

    At this time, we are not able to ship internationally, but will be adding this option in the near future.  Please check back as this page will be updated once we are able to offer global shipping.  Note that there may be added fees and/or charges for international shipping, which will be included at checkout. 

  • I just received my order, but upon opening it, found that it was damaged. What now?

    Note that Magically Marrero is not responsible for damaged packages.  We package each order with a strong focus on structural integrity to ensure safe passage to your home.   However, if you do open your order and discover irreparable damage, please send an email to info@magicallymarrero.com. 

    At the end of the day, we care about our customers and want you to be happy, so let's talk and we will try our best to make it right. 

Magically Marrero is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

In the unlikely event that your package is delayed/missing, please contact the delivery carrier.

We kindly ask that all of our customers double check their address before order submission for accuracy.  Naturally, we can not be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address. 


Once the order is in the hands of the carrier, please note that we no longer have control over package integrity.  Therefore, we are not responsible for weather-related damage or delays to packages.  Please note anticipated delivery dates and plan accordingly to secure your package in the event of inclement weather.
